Checking on contractors?

I was told that there is a state agency that lists contractors if there were complaints and how they were resolved but I don’t remember which one. Commerce?

Is in Department of Labor and Industry
https://www.dli.mn.gov/business/residential-contractors/residential-building-contractor-complaints

It looks like you can look at all the enforcement actions taken.
