1. About a decade ago, when I still watched Bill Maher,

he had Tom Hartmann on and I doubt if Maher let him speak two whole sentences. He basically just sat on the panel. My mother had dozed off during the show and when she woke up, she asked me what Tom Hartmann had to say and I told her he barely spoke.

I've seen Maher do that with other guests too, sometimes even during the one-on-one where he did all the talking.

Anyway, regarding Tina Smith, I won't know if he lets her talk because I won't be watching.
