The Department of Homeland Security confirmed today that a woman was shot and killed by a Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) during a confrontation between federal agents and protesters in Minneapolis.

Update: Noem said the woman attacked ICE agents and it was an act of terrorism.

Update: The woman murdered was white and not under any investigation.

It's NOT supposed to be a rallying cry for the state that takes great pride in having been the first to offer then-president Lincoln troops for fighting against secession but is now pitted against the federal government of the Diapered Despot.
