Booze Sales on Sunday's. So for all of us who lived along the Border in Wisconsin we used extra caution on Sunday's when came to being on the Hy-ways. Cars with Minnesota Plates got a wide berth. Usually one nasty wreck every weekend and in some areas,take a number.
