job applicants for complying with the law?
The state lawmakers come across as ignorant dolts if they think they can sidestep nullification laws. In their hubris they imagine they can succeed where no one else ever has.

McCulloch v. Maryland defined the scope of federal authority over states, and a little dust-up called the Civil War pretty well settled the notion of nullification. No court worthy of the name is going to uphold this.
