The state lawmakers come across as ignorant dolts if they think they can sidestep nullification laws. In their hubris they imagine they can succeed where no one else ever has.

There's no excuse for this level of dumb fuckery.

Strong, manly repubs standing up against the big bad feds to protect our gunz....

McCulloch v. Maryland defined the scope of federal authority over states, and a little dust-up called the Civil War pretty well settled the notion of nullification. No court worthy of the name is going to uphold this.
