in Missoula, Montana. Not a lot of detail has been released. It's my guess that we're dealing with a meth situation but only time will tell. The mountains are cold, rugged and dark where this little one was found. No word as to where the mama is. Between this story, the Thai boys and the immigrant babies in US kiddie prisons, I'm just weeping today. This is the best se can do for our babies? Universe help us.
