I’m seeing the Lincoln Project’s ad supporting him here and there on CNN. Daines is amping up the second amendment attacks on Bullock at the moment. Totally predictable. Without actual campaign events, it’s kinda hard to gauge how he’s really doing. He’s such a well liked governor, it seems he would be a slam dunk with Daines being such a lackluster candidate. Daines never did in-person town halls or campaign events...he almost hides from voters.

I flipped it over because I knew I was asked for employer - I am retired.

And then had to check the following:

1. I am a United States citizen

2. This contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank

3. This contribution is not made from the treasure of an entity or person who is a federal contractor

4. The funds I am donating are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution

MT Sen. Steve Daines has quietly been Trump’s biggest booster for his plan to defund and destroy our Social Security system. Sen. Daines just introduced a new bill to codify into law Trump’s attempt to raid Social Security until the end of the year.

I think it would be good if a lot of people there heard about this.

Hey, how are ya? Always enjoy a chance to chat. All is well here. I mean, as well as can be expected under the horrifying circumstances. All of our great art festivals got cancelled this summer.

All is well here...for the most part. We are inundated with tourists which is a worry. I can't believe the numbers of out of state license plates!!!! I am hopeful these folks find their way home soon.

Thanks for the heads up on Daines. He is a terrible legislator and nothing but a doormat for MF45. A horrible person all around.

We are sorely missing our art festivals and concerts here too.

ETA: Heremetic - I am curious about where you found the info on Daines in your post? I want to spread the word and maybe put an OP in the Montana Forum. Please and thank you.

which I no longer have. Since I live on SSI I am always signing petitions and getting info sent to me. So I'm not sure exactly where that came from but I did some searching and found this: https://montanademocrats.org/news/daines-stands-by-as-trump-declares-war-on-social-security-and-medicare/

I also found this which makes it sound like it's a good thing: https://www.falloncountyextra.com/news/daines-to-introduce-payroll-tax-cut-relief-bill-following-president-trump-s-executive-order/article_08cdf4a6-dde2-11ea-85b1-2fdfd47892df.html

So, there's a lot of info out there to sort through. You can look up his voting record easily enough, though. Sorry I couldn't be more precise but if I hear more I will let you know.
