Brooklyn doctor pleads guilty to lesser charge in lipo death

BROOKLYN (WABC) -- A former Brooklyn doctor will serve two months in jail after pleading guilty in connection with the death of one of his patients.
Oleg Davie, 53, also received five years probation.
Isel Pineda died two years ago after undergoing a liposuction.
