Donald Trump has asked an Albany court to force the state’s top ethics watchdog agency to take action on his complaint against Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

Trump, in a lawsuit filed Tuesday, argued the Joint Commission on Public Ethics has violated state law by not responding to his complaint against Schneiderman within 45 days of its December, 2013 filing.
