'Partridge Family' star David Cassidy pleads guilty to Upstate New York DWI charge

SCHODACK, N.Y. (AP) -- Seventies heartthrob David Cassidy has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated in upstate New York.

Cassidy was charged last summer in the town of Schodack (SKOH'-dak), near Albany. The Times Union of Albany reports he pleaded guilty Wednesday in exchange for a tentative sentence of a conditional discharge that includes 50 hours of community service in Florida, his home state.

2. second DUI. regular people would or at least should go to jail for a second DUI in year

But he was famous so the law does not apply to him. Just hope the asshole does not kill someone some day.
