The insurgent primary campaign of Zephyr Teachout and her running mate Tim Wu has filed an Article 78 proceeding in state court seeking to block the state Democratic Committee from helping Gov. Andrew Cuomo and his running mate, former Rep. Kathy Hochul.

Seems like everything that touches Cuomo gets corrupted.
