Councilman and NY Senate hopeful Fernando Cabrera cries foul over omission from voter list

State Senate hopeful Fernando Cabrera made the primary ballot, but when he showed up to vote for himself, his name wasn't in the book.

Two pages were missing out of the book at Cabrera's poll site, he wrote in a letter to the city Board of Elections after Tuesday's snafu.

"I am requesting an immediate investigation, and filing a Formal Complaint, of such specific voting irregularities, as I fear this instant irregularity involving my exercise of the right to vote, is very possibly more widespread in this election," wrote Cabrera, who's challenging incumbent Sen. Gustavo Rivera in the Bronx.
