NY Adoptees: Gov Cuomo Signs Law, Adoptees to Receive a Certified Birth Cert

While I know who my original families are now (thanks mostly to DNA) it means the world to me to be able to get MY original birth certificate and I'm thrilled for my fellow NY adoptees. https://www.governor.ny.gov/news/governor-cuomo-signs-legislation-allowing-adoptees-receive-certified-birth-certificate-age-18 Legislation Allows for Adoptees, Their Direct Descendants or Lawful Representative to Receive a Certified Birth Certificate
