New York's self-quarantine requirement for travelers from Florida is apparently not being enforced.

A snowbird friend of mine from Long Island just flew back to ISP (Islip) from FLL (Fort Lauderdale), and before he boarded he was given forms to fill out concerning New York's mandatory quarantine. He's back in his Long Island home now and still has the forms. Nobody ever collected them from him. It appears that even if he violates the quarantine there's no way for any authority in New York to know that he had ever been here in Florida.

I also saw cars from Tennessee and Virginia. I've been anxious since this is just south of Lake George and we get a lot of tourists from all over...
