Assemblywoman talks about future of the Brooklyn Democratic Party

For years, insurgent progressives in Brooklyn have considered trying to take hold of the leadership of the county’s political party.

Assemblywoman Rodneyse Bichotte Hermelyn, the chair of the Brooklyn Democratic Party and the Subcommittee on Oversight of Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Tuesday to discuss more.

Hermelyn represents all or parts of Brooklyn, including Little Haiti, Flatbush and South Midwood.
