Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino Close To A Decision On Run For Governor

Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino said he will gather with his staff this weekend to discuss whether he will jump into the governor’s race on the Republican line.

Astorino has been traveling to different parts of the the state, raising money, and speaking out on issues ranging from charter schools in New York City to the controversial natural gas drilling technique known as hydrofracking in the state's southern tier.

“I think, Geraldo, you might have a good clue where it’s going,” Astorino teased Geraldo Rivera of his pending decision during an interview with Geraldo Rivera on WABC 770 AM.
