KINGSTON >> Democrat Sean Eldridge says he has collected enough signatures to be on the ballot this fall in New York’s 19th Congressional District election.
Eldridge, a Shokan resident, is vying to unseat two-term U.S. Rep. Chris Gibson, D-Kinderhook.
