Say cheese! Bills would require photo evidence for city tickets

Ticket-happy city inspectors would have to put their cameras where their mouths are under a package of bills being pushed by a Bronx Councilman.

The legislation being introduced by Councilman Jimmy Vacca would force inspectors to supply photographic proof when they hand out summonses for Sanitation violations, health code violations at restaurants, and some parking offenses.
