Rep. Peter King To Visit Suffolk County’s Largest Mosque

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Rep. Peter King, who has been criticized in the past for broad statements linking Muslims to terrorism, is set to visit Suffolk County’s largest mosque.

King accepted an invitation to attend prayer services at Masjid Darul Quran, the Muslim Center of Long Island in Bay Shore at 1 p.m. Friday.

King is expected to speak after the service and then share a meal, Newsday reported.
