Candidate mailings in NC-4

With the retirement of David Price, we now have the first meaningful primary in a very long time. Not a surprise that means campaign ads, emails, and mailings. Curious what everyone is finding in their mailbox. I am seeing at least a 3:1 advantage in pieces from Valerie Foushee over Nida Allam -- and nothing from the other candidates in this race for Congress. Surprised that Clay Aiken is missing. I don't know if my sample is skewed by my being in Orange County, Valerie's home. What are the rest of you seeing?

I have been getting 1 or 2 pieces every day for about the last two weeks. Family members and others I know have also gotten a lot of mail.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
