Sample Ballots and More

You can view your 2022 ballot now. Sample ballots for the 2022 general election are now available through the Voter Search tool.

With the Voter Search Tool you can search for your voter details, including jurisdictions, polling place, sample ballot, absentee ballot information, and voter history. You will find the tool here: https://vt.ncsbe.gov/RegLkup/

Where to Vote
You can search for your One Stop voting site by county here: https://vt.ncsbe.gov/OSSite/

You can also search for your election day polling place here: https://vt.ncsbe.gov/PPLkup/ using your address or search by precinct.

Registration
If you need to register to vote you can find information on voter registration here: https://www.ncsbe.gov/registering/how-register

If you need information about making changes to your existing voter registration, please see Updating Registration.

The voter registration deadline is October 14, 2022, for general elections taking place on November 8, 2022. (After October 14, 2022, only same-day registration during one-stop early voting is available.) In North Carolina, the civilian voter registration deadline is 25 days before Election Day. This year, One Stop, early voting runs from October 14th through November 5th statewide.

If you miss the registration deadline, you may be eligible to register and vote or make changes to your voter registration (anything other than party affiliation) and vote during the early voting period.
