Sean Haugh ads

Does anyone know who is running all the ‘vote Sean Haugh to legalize pot’ ads on youtube? I doubt Sean Haugh has the money to do it. I would bet it is some sort of GOP super PAC trying to take the youth vote away from Kay Hagen.
