It's important to share the wealth and help grow the companies as well as the creative know-how within ethnic groups of all kinds.

A number of years ago, 2004 I think, I found Dem candidates tending to hire non-Latino media organizations to do outreach to Latinos – even though Latino professional media outfits existed here in Texas.

It was yet another case of going with those who already fit in to your in-group.
