Jimmy Carter dines at Skyline Chili!

The former President, in Cincinnati for a book-signing, had a coney & a beer at Cincinnati's iconic eatery late Tuesday.
The staff had been alerted by the Secret Service a week earlier, so the visit was no surprise.
