From my Mahoning Matters newsletter..
My Congressman said he plans to celebrate his 47 th birthday
with “cake and ice cream with my family and a few Miller Lite’s with my brother.”
FYI, for all of you fellow vegans out there, Miller Lite is the vegan beer of choice. I asked Tim to share something he’s learned in his nearly five decades.
“Over 47 years, the most important lesson I’ve learned is that you really have to live your own life,” he said. “Not the life your parents want you to live or your siblings or especially your critics. You should get advice and counsel from others, but, ultimately, the life you live has to come from within yourself. This is the only way to be truly happy.”
