He quit living in the house he owned here. As soon as he got elected to congress, he moved to the DC area, put his kid in school there, and let the grass grow a foot high. That's how he got busted - his neighbors in the district complained to the city about his unkempt lot. He knew jack all about the district once he was in office, he never did town halls. He's all about himself.
