We should have a hotline to DC by now!! I’m not sure how this can be solved but it seems like the other cities could send a shipment to Cleveland to get over this disaster. How can we be such a red state and still get screwed by this guy. Who pissed off who?

Even if it saves anything, the rich want it given to them in tax credits.
