A federal judge on Friday allowed the Trump admin and the Oklahoma AG to use his court to subvert democracy through a sham lawsuit manufactured to get rid of a pro-immigrant state law they don’t like without needing to go through the trouble of actually repealing the law.

Judge Ronald White did not even consider a brief arguing the court lacked jurisdiction to hear the matter before issuing an order striking down a decades-old Oklahoma law.
