3. I love to visit there. Good food and a fun town to walk around in. Lithia Park was redisgned

by John McLaren, who was the landscape architect of Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.

2. Enjoy Sales tax FREE shopping in Oregon!

I lived for a dozen years just across the Columbia river in southern WA state.
We made frequent trips to Portland for major shopping.

5. Wait a couple of years...

real-estate will experience another meltdown akin to 2010-2011 period.
We bought a condo for $159,000 in 2011 near Seattle and sold it for $260,000 in 2016!
And now Zillow estimates it is worth $325,000. Who is receiving that kind of raises?
The real-estate is in bubble, stock market is in bubble, due to many reasons.
Bubbles always, and I mean always get pricked sooner or later.

Am I the only one who read the line at the bottom of the receipt?

10. I've dreamed of moving there.

It's out of my price range, but is beautiful. I visited during the Shakespearean Festival. I love that receipt! This makes me want to move there even more. Beautiful!
