Reward for information on Oregon wolf pack poisoning now $43,000

by KATU Staff Wednesday, December 8th 2021

Conservation and animal protection groups are contributing to a reward for details on a series of poisonings that killed eight wolves in eastern Oregon.

State troopers found the grey wolves dead in Union County earlier this year and say more than one poison was used.

A reward for information leading to a conviction is now up to nearly $43,000.

The dead animal will pass the poison on to whichever animal eats it.

And to kill any wolf is literally a crime against nature.

The whole business is just sick.

Great pain, crying, convulsions. I've seen it first hand.

I hope they find these bastards and crucify them.
