3. I'm using Frontier here...
I don't even have the highest speed service for the fiber connection I have with them. just switched from Centurylink DSL after a move. They're ok so far.

5. Call city council
and tell them to push to get Google fiber to come to Portland.
Until that happens, with the demise of Clear, Comcast seems to be the best available. |
