My husband and I drove 5 hours upstate to get his first vaccination. He teaches, is over 65, and his school had a severe outbreak recently.

(9,934 posts)I teach in Philadelphia, and they planned for us to go back before they planned on getting us vaccinated, so my wife and I had to travel to York and Ephrata respectfully.

(13,235 posts)My husband and I (both late 70s) signed up with Chester County more than a month ago. Nothing. Then out of the blue we both got calls today to get our shots tomorrow at the County. Hoping this means something is starting to move. Sorry this didnt happen soon enough for your husband. Nobody should have to drive 5 hours for such vital medical care.
