Lawsuit against frackers in Washington Co.

http://www.post-gazette.com/stories/local/marcellusshale/washington-county-families-sue-over-fracking-water-testing-637631/

The people's urine had high levels of "toulene, benezene, arsenic, cobalt, and cadmium." A sick sad way to get around the gag rule on doctors talking about chemicals in frack water: test the urine of those who drink the water. Too bad the people and their animals have to be exposed to the carcinogens first.

I am ready to work to impeach governor gashole, and his appointees who have apparently forced the DEP to falsify info and/or sweep it under the rug.

Last one very interesting. His dad a Republican "philanthropist" and his uncle Walter Annenberg! Donated and appointed by both Ridge and Corbett. Suited up in all the gear to go deep in a coal mine to see for himself, resulting in a pro-union decision. It's complicated, indeed. I guess the real problem is Corbett's mandate to allow Walker's Department of Community and Economic Development to trump the DEP (second link.)
