My Thanksgiving family trip to Upstate New York

Hey my friends, I hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving. I was lucky to to be invited to a family reunion in upstate New York for 5 days. We rented a house near Lake George, so there was a lot of driving through the red counties of Central and Northeastern PA, as well as Central and Upstate NY.

It wasn't a bad drive, and I've done it many times. But the reason for my post is that I'm happy to report that I didn't see a single Chump flag or sign - anywhere! One ugly muscle car had a confederate flag displayed on the back window. One ugly bright-orange pickup truck had glue-on letters on the tailgate that said "F-U-C-K-B-I-D-E-N." Quite tacky and amateurishly done.

Just before we arrived home - driving through Westmoreland County - I saw an old Mastriano sign that hadn't been taken down. That was it!

1. Saw all the Oz and Mastriano signs taken down on the way from Pittsburgh to Erie.

The landscape looked so much better!

2. Was in Florida for a week

Visiting son and family - they live in the “blue refuge” of Palm Beach County. Upon returning Saturday all the local Mastriano and Oz signs were gone, although the moron down the street still has his “let’s go Brandon” banner on his porch.

3. Most of the mastriano and oz signs are gone near me in south central PA

A few trump flags and some stray Brandon signs but that’s it. It’s nice.

Come to Hunterdon County, NJ

Signs to suit every taste.

5. No I'm not missing them, it was a pleasant surprise that they were gone

I made the same trip a little over 2 years ago (summer of 2020) and the Chump flags and signs were everywhere. People are getting smart now, after Jan. 6th and all that.
