"Pennsylvania is not expanding Medicaid," Corbett policy director Jennifer Branstetter said during a media briefing Thursday. "Gov. Corbett made it very clear from the beginning this was about reform first and access to health care for Pennsylvania's working poor second."

They're actually proud of this?

Should have been, "What reforms are you talking about?". Pin his sleazy ass down and have him give the real reason for the delay - he thought it would play better to the teabagger audience and the Koch brothers who run Pennsylvania.

“In short, the difference between the Medicaid expansion plan approved and the Medicaid expansion plan the governor could have accepted and implemented on January 1, 2014, amounts to little more than wasted time and money,” said Frankel, who introduced legislation (H.B. 897) back in March 2013 to expand Medicaid in Pennsylvania. “All he has really done is delay the process and deny coverage to more than half a million Pennsylvanians for at least a year. His plan makes Medicaid expansion less effective in Pennsylvania than in many other states, reduces the impact of federal investments in Pennsylvania’s economy, and adds another level of bureaucracy to the system. I don’t know how that adds up to Medicaid reform.”
