I will see if the PA crew in DU2 can come up with a concensus. I know just what you mean about the TV from Philly---I live right on the border of Ohio and all my TV comes from there. No PA TV stations anywhere around here. But I am surprised that Wilmington DE would not have it's own stations. Hmmmm, maybe it is smaller than I think.
