Oh no! Does millionare Senator Wagner have a chance at removing our Governor Wolf for Office in '18?

I'm listening to Sam Seder's show the Majority Report and they just had a caller on who claims that candidate Scott Wagner (R)-PA has a good chance of removing Gov. Wolf from office in 2018. That Wolf is a boring mainstream Democrat and Wagner is a ultra rich businessman who bought his way into the Senate and could by himself the Governorship. PLEASE, tell me this isn't true!
