I'm still trying to process the fact that she's gone and why it happened. With some help from different sources many of whom have concluded that her death and dementia had a lot to do with the deficiencies in her diet.

I admire vegetarians, but folks, if you're going to leave meat out of your diet, please, please make sure you eat enough proper complex proteins to make up for the lack of animal protein.
