Update at 12:50 p.m.: Kim and Eric Williams were each indicted on three counts of capital murder. Eric Williams was also indicted on a charge of felony terroristic threat.

Update at 10:30 a.m.: A Kaufman County grand jury has indicted Kim and Eric Williams on capital murder charges in the deaths of District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife, Cynthia, and Assistant District Attorney Mark Hasse.
