My Congresscritter Pete Olson is an idiot

I am in Tom DeLay's old district and my current congresscritter is an idiot named Pete Olson. Pete has never held a private sector job in his life and is clueless as to even simple issues. Pete is blaming President Obama for the shutdown http://www.dotnews.com/2013/orderly-shutdown-federal-government-begins

Rep. Pete Olson (R-Texas), speaking from the House floor Wednesday morning, said Obama was failing to address cost escalation in entitlement programs and was “demanding a naked increase in our debt ceiling.”

“Mr. President, the government did not have to shut down today,” Olson said amid reports that the Senate voted 54-46 against joining the House in a conference committee to resolve differences.

Excellent label. And I wonder who in his district he is willing to cut back on in terms of expanding entitlements? Have been shouting for reductions or elimination of ag subsidies for years. But he will not hear of that probably!!

4. Anyone running against him?

I know it's early, but is any thought being given to who might run against him in the next election? I know a lot of civil servants at JSC who would love to have the opportunity to vote against him.

6. Pete is the idiot behind the plan to impeach AG Holder

The idiot behind this effort is my congresscritter, Pete Olson. Pete mentioned this plan at a town hall in August but no one took him seriously because Pete's only accomplishment to date has been to introduce a resolution praising a criminal named James O'Keefe and his accomplice Hannah Giles.

Pete is a Rice grad and went to UT law school. Pete went from UT to the Navy where he flew search and rescue plans based in Florida. To my knowledge, Pete has never left the states while in the military. From the Navy, Pete went to work for Sen. Phil Gram and then ran for Congress. Pete is a horrible public speaker and can not read a speech to save his life.

Jon Stewart had fun with Pete a couple of weeks ago. Remember that Pete has never been a combat pilot.

That's not fair. This committee, I'm sure, includes people with the proper expertise.
