San Antonio mayors race will have runoff between Leticia Van de Putte and Ivy Taylor (incumbent)

With 86 percent in, Leticia Van De Putte leads with 30 percent at 24,659 votes and Ivy Taylor a close second with 29 percent and 23,132 votes. Mike Villarreal currently has 26 percent with 20,872 votes.

At about 9:15 p.m., Mike Villarreal gave his concession speech to his supporters.
