This will take a bit of effort. Most of the more rural and conservative areas seem to be a bit slower about complying with the SCOTUS decision.

But today County Clerk Dwight Sullivan is opting to delay issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples pending a decision from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on how to comply with the landmark ruling.
At least five other Texas counties have already issued same-sex marriage licenses.
That decision is in line with statements issued by both Gov. Greg Abbott and Paxton. Legal experts say county clerks are on safe legal ground for now, but may face contempt of court charges soon for doing so as lower courts get in line with the Supreme Court ruling.
I thought Galveston was an open and accepting county but this isnt an act of acceptance, Robinson said.
