in your haste to express it you neglected to mention the last paragraph, where another judge rescinded the order the next day. The kid is with her grandma.

But then we would have no local news from Texas to kick around.

"Sex offender" covers a very wide and nebulous range, and it might be informative to know what this particular offender did.

Also out of curiosity: your link goes to another forum which in turn links to the article, why didn't you simply link to the article directly?
