At any point in your day, if you hear people talking about the weather, you drink. You hear someone say, "Ugh! I'm soooo sweaty!" Drink.

but I celebrate my retirement on March 2nd. Texas independence day used to be a BFD when I was growing up. I don't see or hear much about it now a days.
