They were probably surprised to find a liberal Texan living in a rural area. I feel so demographically important!

in the whole country in every year since 2004, that I just wasn't up to it. I gave every pollster an earful during the GWB and Obama eras that I am burned out. I know they need data and responses, but I've just started hanging up whenever I get one of those calls. I'm happy to know there are folks like you who will give them good responses. since I don't have a land line. I have the main Dallas area code (214), but I'm living about 70 miles southwest of Houston now. They did ask for my zip code as they collected demographic information. Considering that I'm a 51-year-old white male, I probably deviated from what they expected when contacting me.

22. I haven't been polled in many years, but I have a question.

My wife is in home Hospice care and we get many phone calls. I won't answer any Caller IDs or answering machine messages I don't recognize. I would answer a poll if I knew it was a poll by the ID. Anyone know what the IDs for reputable polling calls are? We have put our number on the stop calling list but we still get a half dozen or more money calls a day. Once you answer, they call forever.
