Texas man sent intimate photos of student to university because she wouldn't send him more
WICHITA FALLS -- A 23-year-old man was arrested last month after sending intimate photos of a Midwestern State University student to the school's administrators because she wouldn't send him more photos, police said.
Howe police officers arrested Joshua Nictrell Grant on March 23 and charged him with publishing or threatening to publish intimate visual material, according to the Wichita Falls Times Record News. He was booked into the Grayson County Jail and was released the next day on $5,000 bail.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Grant sent photos of the student to Midwestern State University officials via Twitter in August 2017 after she refused to send him more photos of her body.
In his message to officials at the Wichita Falls university, Grant pretended to be a concerned father and said the woman had sent the intimate photos to his 15-year-old son and he requested that she be removed from the university and her scholarships revoked, the Times Record News reports.
