Cody Wilson, 3D printed-gun designer, booked in Harris County Jail with bond set at $150,000

AUSTIN — Cody Wilson is back in the United States and is booked in the Harris County Jail as of 4:20 a.m. Sunday morning.

He has an active warrant out for his arrest in Travis County for felony sexual assault. This after investigators with Austin Police say he paid a 16-year-old girl for sex.

His bond is currently set for $150,000 and he has agreed to personally hire an attorney.

Police believe he recently fled to Taiwan after he was tipped off about the warrant by a friend of the victim.
