Building a border wall in Texas will be difficult or impossible

The border between Texas and Mexico is the Rio Grande letter. Most of the land there is private and it would be difficult or almost impossible to build a border wall

That sounds a lot like dictatorship. Even King George III just tried to quarter British soldiers in our homes... and we had a revolution against that.
