Buzbee is fighing with a GOP religious nut case

Hotze is a nut case and an asshole who thinks that women should not serve as judges or have power over men. This religious nut case used to select judges in Harris County and was a power in the Harris County GOP. Hotze's attorney is the past chair of the Harris County GOP and is another asshole

Some times the only thing Texas has going for it is we don't have Florida Man.

Sorry FL, maybe someday you and TX can have a beer and commiserate over your trials and tribulations . . .

It used to be that Hotze endorsed judges won the GOP primary and in the late 1990s until around 2008, Harris County was mainly red with GOP judges, I was working on a case with a good GOP judge who happened to be female and while the case was on appeal, Holtze endorsed a right wing nut case for this seat on the grounds that women should not have power or be in position of authority over men.. I voted in the GOP primary that year for both this judge and McCain. Luckily the judge won and when the case came back from appeal, I got a nice win
