Twin Peaks Shootout

AUSTIN, Texas — In a case stemming from a 2015 shootout at a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas, a federal court granted McLennon County, its district attorney, and two Department of Public Safety agents dismissal of claims that they violated the rights of motorcycle club members by obtaining arrest warrants based on a fill-in-the-name affidavit that lacked probable cause.

This will be appealed same as the other cases that the LE defendants appealed where his ruling on the unidicted bikers went against them. In those cases only the county was let out of the civil suits.

There will be a movie about what happened that day when LE ambushed multiple bike clubs on a Sunday afternoon where they went to attend a Texas legislative update on motorcycle profiling.
